Personal information is collected by Simply Stems such as your name, email address, contact number, payment details as well as delivery information such as name of recipient, address, contact number to ensure the smooth delivery of our product and service. This information will never be shared with third parties unless enforced by law. We may from time to time use contact information to contact you for promotional purposes. An opt out will be included for each purpose.
Payment information collected via phone or website message will never be shared and we do not keep details on file electronically.
Dispatch of Orders, unless otherwise arranged with management, will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full. If other payment option has been agreed, product remains the property of Simply Stems until paid in full.
Refunds & Store Credit Terms & Conditions
Simply Stems will process returns and refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Simply Stems must be notified within three (3) days of purchase of all refunds or returns. Simply Stems will not accept returns based on change of mind or design however a store credit may issued at the discretion management.
If a delivery cannot be fulfilled as per our delivery information in our Flower Delivery Price section, a full refund will be issued.
If a delivery cannot be fulfilled as it is a destination that is not listed as a place we deliver too, we can refund with a fee.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
Inclement weather, We are not frightened by a little rain, but every now and then the weather conditions are so bad it could delay your delivery from leaving our store. We do our best to avoid this but please be aware it could happen and in the case it does - your delivery will go as soon as possible.
Delivery for Sunday's and Major Events, during our busy events such as Valentine's Day & Mother's Day - we can not promise any specified time for delivery. This is also the case for any Sunday deliveries. Sunday deliveries will incur a $25 delivery fee.
Order cut off's for local delivery, Weekdays for same day delivery (GV Area only) our AM delivery cut off is 10:00am on day of delivery and PM cut off is 2:00pm. If you miss one of these delivery deadlines - we will get your order out on the closest delivery run.
Please note all orders for weekend deliveries, Saturday PM and Sunday all Day must be ordered prior to 11am Saturday. Sunday deliveries can be within 20km of our store unless discussed and arranged prior.
Delivery times not specified on order, If you have accidentally forgotten to specify AM or PM delivery on your order - it will be delivered in the next delivery run.
Deliveries outside the GV area, depending on distance can be same day delivery in PM or next day delivery.
Leaving a delivery, We do not like to leave our precious blooms but we do leave this to the discretion of our drivers. If due to weather or other conditions we can not leave a delivery, a delivery card will be left for the recipient to organise pick up in store or re-delivery for a small fee.
Flower types, Products sold on this website are a perishable, natural item and flowers life span is dependent on species, resulting in some flower varieties living longer than others. Flowers are a product of nature; availability is dependent on season and markets. As a result, not all goods produced are as pictured on www.simplystems.com.au, by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images and produced goods.
Floral Subscription Delivery, Delivery is included within a 10km radius of our store at 170 Corio Street Shepparton. Delivery zones outside this area will need to be negotiated with Simply Stems.
Floral Styling Workshops
Payment due upon booking.
Our classes are small and intimate to make sure you get the best possible experience. Once you have made your workshop payment in full, we set aside a special seat at our workbench. We will be in touch 2 days before your class to confirm but please feel free to email us with any questions in the meantime - email@example.com
If you can not attend a class for any reason, unfortunately we can not offer refunds due to the small class sizes. We can however transfer the workshop to someone else. Please notify us with the persons details you are transferring to.
We have class minimums and in the case we don’t make them we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be offered a refund or class transfer.
If we need to cancel a class for any reason, we may do so at any time before the class is scheduled to begin. You will receive a full refund or you can choose to attend another class of the same value (or plus or minus any difference in class fee) within a 12 month period
